Where to get help, share feedback, and report bugs on Discord

Each Dreamhaven game has an official Discord server. The community team and dev teams read these servers regularly. Discord is the place for technical issues, gameplay questions, feedback, and bug reports.

Mechabellum

Mechabellum has a built-in reporting widget. Inside the game, click the question mark + pencil icon to the right of the chat box. That opens a form for submitting bugs and feedback directly to the team, and is the easiest path for most reports.

What still goes through the support form

Some topics still belong in our support ticket form rather than Discord, because they need private or formal handling:

  • Account management. Login problems, account recovery, account linking, updating account information.
  • Purchases and content. Missing items, duplicate charges, refunds, purchases that didn't arrive.
  • Player reports. Reporting another player for moderation review. Filing through the form keeps it private and gives our moderation team a record.
  • Penalty appeals. Appealing a warning, mute, suspension, or ban.

Tips for a useful post

  • One topic per post. Easier to read, find later, and route.
  • Attach evidence. Screenshots for visual bugs, short clips for in-game behavior, log files for crashes. On PC, logs live at:
    • Sunderfolk: %LocalAppData%Low\Secret Door\Sunderfolk\logs
    • Wildgate: %LocalAppData%\Nebula\Saved\Logs
  • Say what platform you're on. Steam, Epic, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Android, iOS. Note when the issue started.
  • Tell us what you've tried. Restarting, reinstalling, switching networks. Saves time on follow-ups.
