If you’re still seeing the “Trial Experience” banner after purchasing the full game, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.
Epic Game Store
The "Base Game" on Epic Game Store is the trial version. You must either purchase or have claimed the Sunderfolk - Standard Edition during Epic Giveaway to play the full game.
Verify Ownership
To check, go to the Sunderfolk page on Epic Game Store, scroll to the bottom. If you see "Add to Cart" for Sunderfolk - Standard Edition but "In Library" for Sunderfolk Base Game, that means you only have the trial version.
Use the Epic Launcher
If you are still launching into the Trial Experience even after purchasing the Standard Edition, make sure you are launching Sunderfolk through the Epic Games Launcher and signed into the EGS launcher with the correct Epic Account. Attempting to launch via running Sunderfolk.exe directly or via adding Sunderfolk.exe to another platform will prevent the game for correctly detecting your game ownership.
