URLs to allow on parental controls, school networks, or restrictive ISPs

Some players may need to allowlist the URLs the game uses for sign-in, online services, legal-agreement fetches, and content delivery; particularly those behind parental-control filters (Bark, Circle, etc.), school or corporate networks, or restrictive ISPs.

Symptoms: the game gets stuck on "Authenticating," fails to load the User Agreement / legal documents on first launch, shows "Online Services Unavailable," or works only when the filter/VPN is temporarily disabled.

All Dreamhaven games:

*.dreamhaven.com
*.dreamhaven.io
*.accelbyte.io
*.gridly.com
*.execute-api.us-east-2.amazonaws.com
*.cloudfront.net

Add these only for the platform you actually play on:

*.epicgames.com — Epic Games Store
*.steampowered.com — Steam
*.steamstatic.com — Steam static assets (avatars, store thumbnails)
*.xboxlive.com — Xbox / Game Pass
*.playstation.net — PlayStation
*.nintendo.net - Nintendo Switch

For Sunderfolk, additionally:

*.unity3d.com
*.sentry.io

On Xbox or PlayStation, manage these allowances through the console's family settings rather than network-level filters.

If allowlisting doesn't resolve it, you may have to contact your network administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check why these domains may be inaccessible.
