What Are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are a way to earn in-game Wildgate rewards by watching Twitch streams. You’ll unlock loot when you watch eligible streams during a Drops campaign.
How to Qualify for Drops
To receive Wildgate Twitch Drops, you'll need to make sure all your accounts are correctly linked. You must have a Dreamhaven account that is properly linked to:
- The platform where you play Wildgate (Steam, Epic, Xbox, or PlayStation)
- Your Twitch account

How to Earn Drops

Watch any participating Twitch stream
Make sure the stream has Twitch Drops Enabled listed under the video. You can watch on desktop, mobile, or the Twitch app - just make sure you're logged in. -
Earn progress by watching
Drops are time-based, meaning the longer you watch, the closer you get to claiming your reward. Progress resets if you disconnect or switch accounts, so stay logged in and active.
How to Claim Your Drops
Once you've earned a reward:

Visit your Twitch Inventory
You’ll see progress toward active rewards, and any available Drops ready to claim. -
Click “Claim” before the campaign ends
Drops must be manually claimed during the active campaign window. If you don’t click “Claim,” you won’t receive the reward in Wildgate. -
Log in to Wildgate on your linked platform
Rewards will be automatically delivered to your in-game inventory. You may need to restart the game for items to appear.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Not seeing progress?
- Make sure you're logged into the correct Twitch account.
- Confirm your Twitch account is linked to your Dreamhaven account.
- Make sure the stream you're watching has Drops enabled.
Drops claimed but not in-game?
- Check that your platform account (Steam, Epic, Xbox, or PlayStation) is linked to the same Dreamhaven account as your Twitch.
- Try restarting Wildgate or relogging in to refresh your inventory.
- Use the re-claim button in your Dreamhaven account here.
