How to Fix It
This issue is most often caused by firewall settings on your PC. Here's how to test and resolve it:
Temporarily disable your Windows Firewall
⚠️ Don’t forget to re-enable it once you’ve logged in and accepted the agreement.

Open the Windows search bar and type: Windows Security
Select the app from the results.
Click on Firewall & network protection.
Select each network type one at a time (e.g., Public network, Private network) and toggle off Microsoft Defender Firewall.
After disabling, restart Wildgate and try logging in again.
If disabling Public doesn’t help, try disabling Private next. This may take a bit of trial and error depending on your local setup.
Still Not Working?
If temporarily disabling both Public and Private network firewalls didn’t work:
Check any third-party antivirus or firewall software (like Norton, Avast, etc.) for content blocking settings.
You can also try rebooting your router, or testing on a different network (like a mobile hotspot) to see if network-level filters are causing the issue.
If you’re comfortable doing so, you can look into your router’s firewall settings, but we understand this can be complex depending on your device.
