What modes are there and how do they work?
There are currently 7 available game modes:
- Explore The Reach - Play Solo or with 3 other players against 4 AI crews. Search for Treasures in Typhon Reach, escape through Wildgate, and earn XP!
- Treasure Hunt - For players who want to explore the Reach and seek big rewards, this mode will ask you to complete objectives, battle AI enemies, and collect treasures, to convert into XP upon a successful escape through the Wildgate.
- Fleet Battle - Seeking adrenaline-pumping battles? Team up with 11 other players on a fleet of 3 ships, and duke it out with 3 other Ships! Gain points by retrieving artifacts and blasting enemy prospectors and ships.
- Artifact Brawl - Explore The Reach with 19 other players, 5 crews of 4 players each in the ultimate hunt for the Artifact.
- Tutorial - Learn the basic gameplay mechanics of Wildgate.
- Firing Range - Experiment with personal weapons, ship weapons, gadgets, ship devices, and resources.
- Custom Lobby - Create your own or join a private Artifact Brawl match with other Players via a Lobby code.
