Can I refund a cosmetic item I purchased?
Yes! We allow refunds for cosmetic items within 7 days of purchase, up to 3 times per calendar year.
How do refunds work?
The item will be removed from your account, and the in-game currency used to purchase it will be refunded. If you would like to purchase the same item again in the future, you are able to with no restrictions.
You can request a refund by submitting a ticket here. Just let us know what content you would like refunded, and we will let you know if you are eligible.
If you do not already have a Dreamhaven account linked to your Wildgate account, you will be prompted to do so before submitting your refund request. Having a linked account is a requirement to receive a refund.
Are there any restrictions?
- You cannot refund an item purchased more than 7 days before you submitted the refund request.
- Each account is limited to 3 cosmetic refunds per calendar year. These refunds do not stack year over year.
- You must have a Dreamhaven account linked to your Wildgate account to receive a refund.
