Have a code to redeem for content in one of our games? Here’s how to claim it:
Before You Start
To redeem a code, you must have:
- A Dreamhaven account
- Your platform account (Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) linked to your Dreamhaven account
- A content code that hasn’t been redeemed yet
- Note: Keys to unlock a game can’t be redeemed this way. You need to redeem those keys on the platform you received it for - Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.
If you haven’t done this yet, follow our account linking guide before continuing.
Redeeming Your Code
- Go to https://account.dreamhaven.com/en-US/account/redeem-code
- Log in to your Dreamhaven account if prompted.
- Enter your code in the box provided.
- Click Redeem.
What Happens Next
- The content will be automatically granted to your in-game account.
- If you were already logged into the game, you may need to log out and back in to see the new content appear.
